Will the price change once you start?
Your quote lists every item. If you ask for something extra, we price it in writing before we do it.
Are you licensed?
Yes. BLACKBAA holds NSW Contractor Licence 502164C, issued by the NSW Building Commission, and each part of the job is done by a tradesperson qualified in that trade.
Can we stay at home during the work?
Usually, yes. We seal off the work area, keep the dust down and clean up at the end of each day.
